RULES & REGULATIONS
These Rules & Regulations (the "Rules") govern the contest (the "Contest") running on
Your source for tips, gear, and recipes to take you from maternity to motherhood (the "Site"). No purchase is necessary to enter into any Contest. The act of entering a Contest constitutes acceptance of the Rules and decision(s) of the Contest judge (the "Judge").
CONTEST
The Contest commences at 10:00 a.m. (EDT) on Sunday November 1, 2009 and closes at 12:00 p.m. (EDT) (the "Closing Time") on Monday November 30, 2009 (the "Contest Period"). The grand prize winner of the Contest will be eligible to receive one (1) JOHNSON’S® Bathtime gift basket (containing JOHNSON’S® HEAD-TO-TOE™Baby Wash 266 ml, JOHNSON’S® Baby Shampoo 444ml, JOHNSON’S® Baby Lotion 266ml, JOHNSON’S® Baby Lotion Aloe Vera & Vitamin E 266 ml, JOHNSON’S® Baby Oil with Aloe Vera & Vitamin E 414ml, with an approximate prize value of $19.95 (CDN) (the "Prize").
ELIGIBILITY
This Contest is open to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, and must be at least the age of majority in their province of residence at the first day of the Contest Period, excluding employees, officers and directors of Sweetspot.ca Inc. ("Sweetspot.ca") and Johnson & Johnson Inc. (the "Sponsor"), any companies affiliated with Sweetspot.ca or the Sponsor, representatives, dealers and agents of Sweetspot.ca or the Sponsor, contest suppliers and the Judge, any immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouses, wherever they reside) and those with whom any of them are domiciled.
HOW TO ENTER
Submit the entry form. Entries will not be eligible if submitted by any other method, which is not specified above, or if the entry is not received prior to the Closing Time. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries of any kind will result in disqualification.

PRIZE
In this Contest, there is a total of one (1) Prize. The odds of winning the Prize for any contestant will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
DRAW
On Wednesday December 2, 2009, one (1) contestant will be randomly chosen by draw. The draw will be held in Toronto, Ontario and will be made from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
GENERAL
The selected contestant will be contacted by telephone or email on Wednesday December 2, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. (EDT) by a representative of Sweetspot.ca at the telephone number or email provided in the contestant’s entry form. If a selected contestant cannot be reached within two (2) business days, another contestant will be randomly selected. This procedure will be repeated until a selected contestant is reached. Neither Sweetspot.ca, nor the Sponsor will be responsible for the failure, for any reason whatsoever, of a selected contestant to be reached.
Prior to receiving the Prize, the selected contestant must (a) correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill testing question, posed by telephone at a mutually convenient time; (b) show valid identification; and (c) sign a release and confirmation: (i) granting to Sweetspot.ca and the Sponsor the right to use the contestant's personal information (including name, mailing address, email address and telephone number), image and likeness (the "Personal Information") for the purposes set out herein; (ii) releasing and holding harmless Sweetspot.ca and the Sponsor, and their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, and affiliates of and from any and all liability arising out of use of the Personal Information, participation in the Contest, including the administration thereof, and the use or misuse of the Prize; (iii) confirming compliance with the Rules; and (iv) confirming acceptance of the Prize as offered. If a selected contestant is unable to meet these criteria, such selected contestant will be disqualified, and another entry will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. The Prize will be distributed within five business days after the winner of the Prize has been successfully contacted and fulfilled the requirements set out herein.
In all matters relating to the promotion and awarding of the Prize, the Judge’s rulings are final and without appeal. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy the Rules, may be disqualified by Sweetspot.ca or the Sponsor. Sweetspot.ca and the Sponsor take no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. Neither Sweetspot.ca nor the Sponsor is responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest. All entries become property of Sweetspot.ca and the Sponsor and will not be returned to the contestants. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with contestants except with those contestant(s) selected for the Prize.
All personal and other information requested by and supplied to Sweetspot.ca and the Sponsor for the purpose of the Contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. Sweetspot.ca and the Sponsor reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any contestant who, at any stage, supplies untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
Sweetspot.ca will use contestants’ Personal Information to administer the Contest, including contacting, promoting and announcing the winner of the Prize in any and all media, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. As well, if contestants have opted-in, Sweetspot.ca and the Sponsor may also use contestants’ Personal Information to keep contestants informed about other offers and events of Sweetspot.ca or the Sponsor. Opting-in to receive such communications is not a condition of entry. Sweetspot.ca and the Sponsor will use contestants’ Personal Information only for the purposes identified herein, and will protect contestants’ Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with their respective privacy policies. Neither Sweetspot.ca nor the Sponsor assumes responsibility for failure of the internet or the Site itself during the Contest Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a contestant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from accessing any material on the Site. Sweetspot.ca and the Sponsor reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of the Rules. Should any such attempt be made, Sweetspot.ca and the Sponsor reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including and not limited to, criminal prosecution.
If the identity of a contestant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the contestant. The individual assigned to the email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected contestant may be required to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder. A selected contestant may be required to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid email account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purpose of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be subject to the Contest server machines.
The Prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize or portion of the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The winner of the Prize is not entitled to the monetary difference between the actual Prize value and the stated approximate Prize value.
The Rules are subject to amendment by Sweetspot.ca.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations and is voidable where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Rules or the rights and obligations as between the contestant and Sweetspot.ca or the Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including but not limited to the Contest entry form, the terms and conditions of the Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
